High impact skills training program has been modeled to address unemployment and related problems faced by youths with various academic backgrounds, despite their rich educational qualifications offered by universities and higher institutions in Cameroon. The program has been designed to impact 640 Cameroonian youths through 4 short specialized trainings in fields which include;

  • Soft skills development, entrepreneurship.
  • Environmental and climate change challenges.
  • Critical thinking and media literacy.
  • Grassroots mobilization and community engagement.

The purpose of this program is to contribute in improving youth participation and leadership across the employment, entrepreneurship, climate change, cybercrime and community engagement sectors while fostering U.S. – Cameroon efforts to nation-building.

With this program we believe that, impacting Cameroonian youths with high impact skills will go a long way to reduce the alarming rate of unemployment, underemployment and cybercrime wave thereby reducing the burden of overdependence on the shoulders of the Cameroonian Government. More so, we believe the high impact skills training program will provide youths with what it takes to make valuable contributions to their communities and become job creators rather than job seekers.
